Return an Item
At Helnys, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, please read through our return policy below for information on how to return or exchange your items.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging.
- You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items)
- Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items or gift cards are also non-returnable.

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return:
- Contact our support team at support@helnys.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return.
- Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return shipping label.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you received an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect:
- Please inspect your items upon receiving them. If there’s an issue, contact us immediately with pictures and videos of the damage or error.
- Once we receive your proof, we will cover the return cost or issue a prepaid return shipping label.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the item is defective, damaged, wrong item, or not as described, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- If you changed your mind or no longer need the item, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you about the status of your refund. If your return is approved:
- We will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven't received your refund, please contact us at support@helnys.com.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for another size or product, the fastest way is to return the item for a refund and place a new order. We do not process direct exchanges.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For customers within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days from the delivery date, without providing a reason.
To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, unworn, with all tags, and in its original packaging.
Return Address
To send a return, please contact our customer service team for the correct return address. Returns sent to an incorrect address may not be processed.
Please Note:
- If your order is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, you will be responsible for the re-shipping costs.
- Ensure your shipping address is correct to avoid delivery issues.
